DESCRIÇÃO DO CARGO

We are seeking a senior executive to manage and execute all marketing activities, including but not limited to: corporate and product marketing, branding, market research, public relations, partner/channel marketing, demand creation, sales enablement, digital media strategy and content marketing. He/she will create and execute marketing plans that drive the company’s growth trajectory; Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy; oversee marketing communications including branding, advertising, white papers, trade shows, webinars/seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, digital media and website design and content marketing and develop and manage the Marketing Department’s operational budget and projections.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Graduation in Business Administration, or Engineering. Post-Graduation or MBA in a well known Brazilian University is very desirable (FGV preferable); Experience assimilating brands and products through mergers and acquisition is a plus; Ability to plan and manage at operational levels ; Provide personal leadership through example ; Able to translate technical features and functions into value based positioning and messaging that is easily understood by all parties ; Interviewing and surveying skills with executive level customers and partners ; Sharp critical thinking and analytical skills, business acumen and ability to make well informed decisions quickly ; Able to work collaboratively to create a results-driven, team oriented environment ; Able to build, develop and retain high performing marketing teams ; Ability and desire to successfully organize chaos in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment ; Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus
