We are seeking a senior executive to We are seeking a senior executive, motivated Director of Human Resources. With a clear, well-defined vision and trajectory for growth, this is an excellent opportunity to to join a fast-paced team focused on providing best in class service. This role will provide support to management and employees in a wide variety of Human Resources functional areas with a focus on employee relations, recruiting talent, compliance, benefits and implementation of corporate training and employee engagement initiatives. If you thrive in a hands-on, collaborative work environment and would like to advance your Human Resources career with a growing company, we want to hear from you.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

From an education perspective, we’d strongly prefer candidates who have obtained a BA/BS, or Engineering. Post-Graduation or MBA in a well known Brazilian University is very desirable (FGV preferable).
Must be a collaborative team leader, with a sense of fun
Communicator with client management skills.
An efficient and effective facilitator on conflict resolution matters, investigator on employee issues, coach in providing management and employee guidance and support, managing diversity in the workplace, and employee advocate.
Must be able to maintain good working relationships with employees and senior management.
Must have excellent time management and follow up skills necessary to perform in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus.
