STRATEGY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Our client is a US based company, a leading provider of liquid and powder coatings into multiple market applications including OEM, Automotive Refinish, Buildings, Packaging, Powder, Metal, Architectural, Protective, Marine and General Industrial.
DESCRIÇÃO DO CARGO
We are seeking a senior executive to act as a Business Strategy Development Manager. The role will be reporting directly to Business Leader. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Manage the sales activities of stores and sales representatives in the market, achieving sales plan and maintaining expenses set within budgetary guidelines; Drive increased share growth at account improving volume, sales revenue and profitability; Develop deep customer relationships across the customer’s organization utilizing company’s corporate management; Through deep customer knowledge, develop a forward looking product development and qualification strategy positioning the company for future growth; Mobilizing the company resources to align with customer’s resources and needs; In alignment with global segments and regional general managers develop pricing and commercial guidance for responsible accounts and recruit, develop and motivate sales staff in a highly effective manner.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Graduation in Business Administration, or Engineering. Post-Graduation or MBA in a well known Brazilian University is very desirable (FGV preferable); Ability on managing multi-million dollar P & L, budgeting and forecasting; Ability to develop and maintain long term client relationships; Able to understand key business drivers and to have the vision to identify long and short term market penetration opportunities; Ability to travel 20% +; Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus
