Our client is a US based advertising mobible platform company, permission-based mobile marketing giving mobile operators the ability to Geo-target consumers with personalised and contextual offers in real-time based on preference, profile and/or proximity. The location-based advertising platform drives the right connections at the right time and right place. Their client brands will be able to re-target mobile subscribers across all channels and reach an audience that goes far beyond smartphones.

DESCRIÇÃO DO CARGO

We are seeking a senior executive to work on the Brazilian ad industry. He/she is expected to set up a team to discover, capture and develop business opportunities. Under his/her responsibility the team will set up a mobile ad sales operation from scratch, analyze and report updated market statistical information: new products launches, analysis of competitors and relevant information for the business, design the annual sales plan for each assigned market, ensure compliance of sales targets and take all the necessary actions to comply. Visit regularly to current and potential customers, ensuring the level of service defined by the company and explore new business opportunities and control the expenditure budget to ensure its compliance and report opportunely possible deviations.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Graduation in Business Administration, or Engineering. Post-Graduation or MBA in a well known Brazilian University is very desirable (FGV preferable) • Able to work on the Ad sales role adminstrator at the Publishing or Media company enviroment • Presentation, negotiation and closing skills • Able to change established mindsets and perceptions  •  Comfortable in start-up phases •  Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus
