We are seeking a senior executive to report to our client Chief Finance Officer. The ideal candidate will supports the Chief Finance Officer for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Main activities include tasks such as: Promote the strategy agreed with the Board of Directors and the CEO and ensure buy-in across the Finance division; Organize the finance organization & the processes to reach world-class standards; Build the finance division’s capacity: recruit/train/coach/empower; Lead the financial plans in compliance with the Business Plan and its defined timeline; Production of the Company‘s Accounts, in accordance with both local and international accounting standards, including subsidiary’s accounts, as well as the implied consolidated accounts.; Definition, collection, analysis and reporting on relevant KPIs, with the proposed corrective/preventative action plans and the definition and implementation of the Budget policy and rules.
