Our client is considered to be among the most successful materials handling brands in the  machinery industry.  They design, engineer, manufacture, sell, and service a portfolio of materials handling equipment that is among the most comprehensive in the industry. They  cover hundreds of end-user applications in more than 600 industries. They products include a full range of electric and internal combustion engine lift trucks for nearly all indoor and outdoor applications which are recognized as some of the most productive in the world. Warehouse equipment from pallet trucks to narrow aisle trucks, and the toughest but most efficient container handling equipment. Our customer is one of the world’s largest forklift truck manufacturers with the Global headquarters located in USA with a longstanding divisional headquarter in Latin America located in Sao Paulo, Brazil .




We are seeking a senior executive to drive sales that includes building trust/credibility with client, understanding client context and business requirements, connecting client needs to our client capabilities, and articulating benefits of our company’s solutions.  He/she is expected to have command of complex sales solutions and understand complexity drivers that may affect pricing and delivery schedules.  Further responsibilities include the coordination with delivery team to meet client needs and grow existing relationships, provide market feedback from clients and prospects on their needs and work so to refine existing solutions and design new ones; work with internal channel partners to qualify and promote product capabilities to existing sales channels; cultivate client relationships to upsell accounts with new / additional services; understand competitive threats and positioning; participate in marketing activities to drive awareness and strengthen brand; participate in strategic planning to grow our customer business.


  • Graduation in Business Administration, or Engineering. Post-Graduation or MBA in a well known Brazilian University is very desirable (FGV preferable).

  • Willingness to travel in US, Latin America and domestically in Brazil
