DESCRIÇÃO DO CARGO
We are looking for a Sales Account Director to join our client recently created team in Brazil for online communications. We’re looking for someone eager for revenue generation and a deep interest and passion for communications through internet and innovation. We want someone who loves online solutions and knows how to sell creative solutions for clients and partners. He/She will be responsible for building, maximizing and realizing the sales potential within a broad range of client opportunities while laying the infrastructure for team building. Achieve or exceed revenue goals by selling a set of cloud, acceleration, cloud security and infrastructure as a service solutions. Expected to create a pipeline of opportunities from company’s lead generation activities. Understand the internal business processes of potential clients, and strategize, present and demonstrate a tailored technology solution. Also, she/he must develop an understanding of the customer’s business objectives in order to map a strategy that will be a viable solution to those business objectives.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Graduation in Business Administration, or Engineering. Post-Graduation or MBA in a well known Brazilian University is very desirable (FGV preferable).
People management skills (empathy, empowerment, leadership, develop
Able to work on solutions sales within internet or Enterprise accounts.
High level of integrity, ethical standards and desire to be part of a successful sales organisation.
Skill to prioritize opportunities that will lead to new industry penetration, new account acquisition and incremental revenue growth.
Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with CXOs.
Ability to work independently, appreciate aggressive goals, have superior organizational skills and a make-it-happen attitude.

Interest on Internet and Telecommunications concepts/technologies and the ability to discuss them with intelligence.

Excellent presentation and communication skills
Brazilian Native, English mandatory, another language would be an advantage
