Their offer business to their clients by combining operational excellence with deep domain expertise in key industry verticals, mainly tech companies. They deliver an entire spectrum of  BPO services, but mainly on finance and accounting and HR and are rapidly expanding to industry-specific back-office and front-office processes in Brazil.

We are looking for a senior Accountant, who has reached a SVP/Director level on a corporation and is passionate on accounting.  He/She should have a “roll up their sleeves” and “get hands dirty” attitude. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, able to work either alone, under team environment and/or with clients.  

The purpose of the Sr Accountant Consultant is ensuring that systems of financial discipline, integrity and control are maintained to the highest professional standards expected of an organization. Support the financial close and reporting process, as well as other compliance reporting as required.

Manages and continuously improves financial reporting and related systems and processes to support the company’s rapid and continued growth. Stays current with all updated changes in GAAP, BRGAAP, USGAAP, IFRS and researches and recommends approaches to CFO regarding complex accounting issues and transactions.

Qualifications required


BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field. Graduated from top MBA school in Brazil: FGV (preferable)

Minimum of ten (10) years of accounting experience in a high growth company (revenues > 300MM); 

Accounting controls setup and process improvement experience

Strong technical accounting skills, including transaction oversight and purchase accounting; technical ability to implement new GAAP, BRGAAP, USGAAP, IFRS rules, such as revenue recognition and lease accounting.

Qualifications desired: Tax experience

Languages: Brazilian Native, English mandatory, Spanish a plus
